servers that surface internal data, tools, and services to AI coding assistants such as Claude Code \u2014 enabling engineers to work faster through context-aware AI tooling.</div><div>- Contribute to the team's internal AI plugin marketplace: develop, version, and publish Claude Code skills and agents (PR reviewer, product owner, sprint analyzer, report generators) consumed by engineering teams.</div><div>- Implement agentic workflows \u2014 multi-step AI pipelines that autonomously gather context, reason over data, and produce structured outputs \u2014 using frameworks built in-house and open-source tooling.</div><div>- Work with vector stores, semantic embeddings, and code intelligence pipelines (e.g., Tree-sitter AST parsing, 32-language semantic search) to build tools that understand large codebases.</div><div>- Build systems that help algorithm engineers manage, analyze, and interact with large-scale datasets, including data upload/indexing services and self-service
